I create a safe, slow, trauma‑informed space where you can settle, breathe, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
Everything is delivered with warmth, clarity, and a grounded, nature‑rooted approach to holistic creative healing.
How the Sessions Work
Through creative group sessions – including grounding activities like making mini zen gardens – and one‑to‑one Reiki–art fusion wellbeing coaching, I support people in finding calm, clarity, and a sense of inner steadiness.

Creative Wellbeing & Support
Debz Wright is an Art Life Coach and creative wellbeing practitioner with an NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Counselling Skills and attunement to Reiki Levels 1 & 2 (Usui Shiki Ryoho).
Her approach blends compassionate listening, intuitive creative practice, and gentle energy work to support emotional balance, clarity, and personal growth.
