Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, I collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. You can read the Gravatar privacy policy here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.
After your comment is approved, your profile picture (if you use Gravatar) becomes visible to the public alongside your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, please avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract location data from images on the site.

For session‑related information (creative wellbeing, art classes, Reiki, GreenGuard), I keep only what is required for insurance, legal obligations, or tax records. These may be retained for up to seven years.
