1. Refunds for Services (Retreats, Workshops, Art Classes & Creative Wellbeing Sessions)
Because Wild Glen Creative Healing provides time‑based services, refunds depend on the notice period given.
Cancellations by You
- More than 14 days before the session/retreat: Full refund or option to transfer to another date (if available).
- 7–14 days before the session/retreat: 50% refund, or transfer to another date if possible.
- Less than 7 days before the session/retreat: No refund, as your space has been reserved and materials/preparation have already been arranged.
Cancellations Due to Sickness
I understand that illness happens, and I aim to be compassionate while still honouring the time and preparation involved.
- If you are unwell, please contact me as soon as possible.
- Where possible, I will offer:
- A transfer to another date, or
- A partial refund (50%), depending on the nature of the session and preparation already completed.
- For multi‑day retreats, accommodation and venue costs may limit refund options, but I will always discuss this openly and fairly.
No‑Shows
If you do not attend your booked session without contacting me, no refund can be offered.
2. Cancellations by Wild Glen Creative Healing
If I need to cancel due to illness, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances:
- You will receive a full refund, or
- You may transfer to another available date if you prefer.
For retreats, if a venue or external provider cancels, I will communicate options clearly and promptly.
3. Returns & Refunds for Physical Artwork or Handmade Items
If you purchase a physical item (e.g., artwork, prints, handmade pieces), you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging should be included where possible.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non‑returnable items
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
- Custom or personalised artwork (unless damaged on arrival)
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered if:
- The item is returned in less‑than‑original condition
- Damage occurred for reasons not due to my error
- The return request is made after 30 days
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, I will email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider
- Contact your bank

5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for physical items that are defective or damaged.

6. Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
If the giver had the item shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to them.
7. Shipping Returns
To return a physical item, please send it to:

- Shipping costs are non‑refundable
- For higher‑value items, consider tracked or insured postage
I cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
